Located in a quieter area on the Levante side of Benidorm, about 600 metres from the beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
14 storey building served by two lifts. All apartments have one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for one or two people in the living room. Each has a kitchen, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and two terraces.
Communal areas include a swimming pool, with a children’s area, gardens and communal parking (subject to availability).
When picking up the keys, guests will be required to pay a security deposit of 150€. This deposit will be returned on departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked and provided that the guest leaves during office hours. If they leave on a public holiday, Sunday or before 09:30h, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer or credit card if it has been paid in this way.
The price includes cleaning on departure, weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) for stays of more than 10 nights, electricity, water, maintenance of use and taxes.
Once the apartment is occupied, no reduction of stay is allowed.
