These apartments are situated in an excellent location, just 250 metres from the Levante beach. Surrounded by bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, and with a bus stop just a short walk away.
The building has 16 floors, two lifts. All apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed in the living room for the 3rd and 4th person. The apartments for 5 people have an enclosed terrace with a single bed. All have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and utility room with washing machine. Safety deposit boxes and cots and wifi are available for rent.
Surrounded by a garden with showers, the swimming pool for adults and children can be used during the summer months. Free parking is also available (subject to availability).
When picking up the keys, guests will be required to pay a security deposit of 150€. This deposit will be returned on departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked and provided that the guest leaves during office hours. If they leave on a public holiday, Sunday or before 09:30h, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer or credit card if it has been paid in this way.
The price includes cleaning on departure, weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) for stays of more than 10 nights, electricity, water, maintenance of use and taxes.

Once the apartment is occupied, no reduction of stay is allowed.

14 storey building served by two lifts. All apartments have one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for one or two people in the living room. Each has a kitchen, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and two terraces.
Communal areas include a swimming pool, with a children’s area, gardens and communal parking (subject to availability).

Served by three lifts, each apartment has one bedroom, a living-dining room with sofa-bed for 3rd and 4th person, kitchen with utility room, full bathroom, terrace and air conditioning.
Safety deposit boxes, parking (outdoor) and cots are available for rent.
