These comfortable apartments are located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Benidorm and about 500 metres from the Levante beach.
The apartments are surrounded by bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, and with a bus stop just a short walk away.
Served by three lifts, each apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa-bed for two people, kitchen with utility room, full bathroom, separate toilet, terrace and air conditioning.
Safety deposit boxes, parking (outdoor) and cots are available for rent.
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with children’s area surrounded by a well-tendered lawn, small indoor swimming pool (open in low season), and tennis courts (for a fee).
When picking up the keys, guests will be required to pay a security deposit of 150€. This deposit will be returned on departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked and provided that the guest leaves during office hours. If they leave on a public holiday, Sunday or before 09:30h, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer or credit card if it has been paid in this way.
The price includes cleaning on departure, weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) for stays of more than 10 nights, electricity, water, maintenance of use and taxes.
Once the apartment is occupied, no reduction of stay is allowed.
