The keys are always handed over in our reception office, not in the building you have booked. For this you have to come to Nuevhogar offices. If your arrival is outside our office hours, we remind you that you will have to pay the outstanding balance of your stay, if any, as well as the deposit prior to your arrival.
Your keys will be deposited in a safety deposit box located at the entrance of our office, we will provide you with instructions on how to open it by text message to your mobile phone.
Clients arriving outside office hours or on a public holiday must inform us in advance.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The check-in to the apartments is at 17 h. by default, but this time can be brought forward on request.
Before your arrival you must provide us with all the details of those over 16 years of age who will be staying in the apartment (obligatory by law).
The apartment must be vacated and the keys returned by 10.00 am on the day of departure at the latest. The apartment must be free of rubbish, with all furniture and utensils in the same place as they were on arrival, tidy and within a normal level of use, decorum and cleanliness, failure to comply will result in the extra cost of cleaning being deducted from the deposit. Please leave all sets of keys on the table and close the door behind you after leaving.
If the client plans to leave outside our office hours, they can leave the deposit by credit card and we will cancel the charge once we have checked the condition of the apartment and that they have returned the keys. If you have paid the deposit in cash, you must provide us with your bank account number in order to return the deposit by bank transfer.
If you wish to leave your luggage with us in the meantime, you can do so in our office during opening hours.
PAYMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
The reservation will ONLY be confirmed once the corresponding credit card payment has been made.
Standard rate:
At the time of booking we charge 25 % of the amount. This amount is refundable according to the cancellation conditions. The balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellation conditions and charges:
For cancellations more than 7 days before the arrival date there is no charge.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total cost will be charged.
No show 100% of the amount of the reservation.
NON REFUNDABLE rate
At the time of booking, 100% of the amount will be charged. Non-refundable amount.
DEPOSIT
When the keys are handed over, a deposit of 150 € will be required. This deposit will be used to prevent any possible breakages that may occur in the apartment. The deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked and if there is no damage. Otherwise it will be charged against the deposit.
In addition, if necessary, and the damage is greater than the deposit, the difference may be charged to the credit card provided.
Nuevhogar will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage, due to misuse of the flat, such as fire, flood, nor will it accept any responsibility for valuables left in the apartments; for this reason there are “safety boxes” that can be rented in our office.
In the event that the reserved apartment, due to force majeure, cannot be used on arrival, it is the responsibility of the company to relocate the clients to another apartment of similar or superior characteristics.
Nuevhogar will not refund any money once the apartment is occupied.
The apartment is cleaned and checked before arrival. They have clean bed linen and towels on arrival according to the number of people occupying the apartment without exceeding the maximum quota assigned. The cleaning of the apartment during the period of your stay is your responsability. For stays of more than 10 nights our staff will do a weekly change of bed linen and towels and will give you a light cleaning service, excluding the kitchen.
Requests for high floors, low floors, glazed terraces,… and other requests will be taken into consideration, but in no case is the granting of such requests guaranteed.
Our clients have at their disposal a 24-hour emergency maintenance service by means of a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). Misuse or abuse of this service will incur a cost to the client.
RULES OF COEXISTENCE
The rules of coexistence and use are regulated in the general Spanish legislation and specifically in the Horizontal Property Law, Tourism Law, Decree of tourist accommodation of the Valencian Government and the particular Statutes of the Community of Owners of each building.
Loud music and parties are prohibited. Guests staying in a Nuevhogar apartment should be aware that if there are parties or loud music, or neighbours complain and/or call the police, this may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
Rest hours are from 22.00 PM to 08.00 AM We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope that you understand that these rules are necessary, as these apartments are all located in residential buildings where people who have to get up early for work, and the residents’ nightly rest must be respected.
The furniture and household items cannot be taken out of the apartment.
If the building has a communal car park, only one vehicle per apartment can be parked there, subject to availability. The company is not responsible for lack of availability.
In the event of any infringement, Nuevhogar, at its own discretion, has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, forfeiting the amounts paid and the client has no right to claim any type of compensation.
The apartments cannot be occupied by more people than the indicated capacity. The apartments may only be used by the persons indicated in the reservation.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL APARTMENTS
We rent properties in private apartment buildings. They do not have receptions in each building. The reception is in our NUEVHOGAR office (Avda. Juan Fuster Zaragoza, 3, Edf. Acuarium II Benidorm).
The communal area of the buildings, as well as its services (gardens, swimming pool, tennis, children’s playground or any other type of installation or service), do not depend on us and the hours of operation and conditions of use will be at the discretion of the Community of owners.
