Key collection for all of our apartments takes place at the Nuevhogar office, located in Avda. Juan Fuster Zaragoza, 3 Edf. Acuarium II. From Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00 hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you arrive outside of office hours, we remind you that you will have to pay the outstanding balance of your stay, if any, as well as the deposit prior to your arrival<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your keys will be deposited in a safety deposit box located at the entrance of our office, we will provide you with instructions on how to open it by message to your mobile phone.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
The official time is 17:00. If you want to enter earlier, please ask us, we can\u00b4t guarantee that it will be possible, but if it is, that is fine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Keys can be collected offically as from 5PM and the time to vacate the apartment according to our local Law, is 10.00 AM.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Yes, when the keys are handed over, a deposit of 150 \u20ac will be required. This deposit will be used to prevent any possible breakages that may occur in the apartment. The deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked and if there is no damage. Otherwise it will be charged from the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you leave the apartment outside of office hours, you only have to leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
We hope this will not happen, but if there is any kind of damage to the apartment or the facilities or you behave inappropriately towards staff or other guests, the deposit may not be returned. In addition, if necessary, and the damage is more than the deposit, the difference may be charged to the credit card provided.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
No, we are sorry. You are not allowed to have parties and we do not allow stag or hen parties.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Yes, we provide one set of sheets and towels per person. The price includes a weekly change of linen and a change of towels (for stays of more than 10 nights),<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
